Is it really free?
Yes. Designing, editing and viewing your plan in 3D costs nothing, and there is no account to create. We earn when you choose to be introduced to an interior designer — never from you.
Can I use my own floor plan?
Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image, up to 20 MB. Use a clear screenshot if your plan is a PDF. When scanning is available, review the draft against your original before continuing to 3D. Scans can miss details; exact reconstruction is not guaranteed.
Do I need to know my exact measurements?
A known wall measurement helps you check the scale of an uploaded plan. Sample layouts are starting points, not verified copies of your unit. Confirm dimensions with your designer before planning renovation work.
Which properties are covered?
HDB from 2-Room Flexi through Executive, including 3Gen, plus private condominium layouts from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom penthouse. Thirteen layouts in total.
What happens to my floor plan?
Your uploaded image is sent to the scanning service to create a draft. Designs are saved in this browser, not a cloud account, so keep an exported backup. When you request a quote, the contact details and design attached to your enquiry are submitted for follow-up.
Does it work on my phone?
The planner works best on a tablet or desktop where you have room to drag walls, but browsing layouts and requesting a quote works on any device.
